Took this picture for two reasons. It always cracks me up when she puts on our shoes - and also because of the strawberries on her shirt. When she wears this we always ask her if we can have some (strawberries) then pretend to eat them. It's a favorite - I live for her laughs!

 She loves to push her stroller. But it's hard to see where she is going.

 We got a bunch of hand-me-downs from a friend including several character shirts. The only one Abby cared about was this one - Fancy Nancy (the only one from a book.)

 Cathy and Micheal (Abby's birth grandparents) came for dinner. She chose them to read her bedtime stories.

 Cathy gave me these flowers when they came for dinner. They were so pretty and Abby is so pretty so I just had to take some pics.

Our friend Dalynn gave Abby this book all about trains. Abby loves trains and she loves books so it is perfect for her!

Fun Weekend!

Through the summer reading program Abby earned free food at Pizza Piper Pizza. We'd never been before but since we got free stuff we went! We had a great time!

The next day we went to Six Flags for the first time. We decided to buy season passes since there was a sale. It was really crowded, hot, and not many rides Abby could go on yet, but we had fun. I especially loved getting to see Abby with two of her grandma's (Cathy came with us and we met Ryan's parents there). I wish my parents could have come too, but still, it was great! I'm looking forward to going on less crowded days and once Abby is a bit taller (or I at least get her some thicker soled shoes :). She only missed the mark by about a quarter inch!).

Peaches, peaches, plums and pears

We had a bumper crop this year! We had SO MANY peaches. We literally had more than 50 pounds. We gave tons to friends and family, we ate tons, we canned tons, we froze tons. We had so many that half the branches on our tree broke :(. We also had lots of plums and pears. So yummy!

Dogs!

We watch our friends dogs. We're kind of a dog hotel. Abby loves it, especially when the dogs are small and she can be the one to walk them.
