This year was our year to spend Thanksgiving with the Colby side of our family. But we got a bonus and got to spend it with Ryan's family, my family, and Cheyenne!
We had dinner and spent the majority of the day at Ryan's parent's house.
It was beautiful outside
Cheyenne joined us for dinner
Playing with Aunt Sherri
After dinner we drove down to Houston to spend a couple days with my sister, her family, and my parents. Abby was struggling on the way down and kept throwing fits. She has the loudest voice in the history of forever. It's hard to take no matter what, but in an enclosed space like a car it will literally make your ears ache. So when she got going we would pull over, set her our of the car, tell her to get all her screams out (while we closed ourselves into the car - we kept an eye on her the whole time, don't worry), and then would allow her back in. We did this about 3 times. Good thing she's cute!
My mom got Abby the best gift ever - a book with puzzles inside of it. Books and puzzles are Abby's two favorite things, so my mom got it perfect. Best grandma ever!
First time riding bikes and scooters. She did great. Not that she always rode on her bum, she was just taking a break.
She plays so hard when she's with her cousins that she wears herself out!
They were operating a restaurant. Prices were high :). (Not really, since you could pay with grass and rocks. But the food consisted of the same, so , you know.)
Abby loves her cousins so much. I wish we could live close to all of them. She loves her friends as well, but cousins are special for her. She is a little more at ease with all of them.
We have been going to Houston to visit my sister for 2.5 years now. We've been several times. But this was the first time they took us to Cullinan Park. It is awesome! Especially in the fall.
It's always fun to go to other people's houses and see what they do for fun and then try it out.

Abby was napping the first time Ryan and I went to Cullinan park, so we had to take her with us and go back after she woke up.
We had a great Thanksgiving - not only because we got to spend it with many of our favorite people, but because we have so much to be thankful for. We are blessed!
