My friend was looking for someone to watch her friend's daughter for a few days - I volunteered. Her name is Sophia and she is one adorable little princess. I loved watching Abby with her - she is going to be such a great big sister!

Happy Mother's Day

Mother's Day is wonderful - I'm so grateful to be a mother on it now. But I remember those years of wishing that was the case. I have never hated mother's day - I always celebrated my mom, and mother-in-law, and grandmas, and sisters, and friends. But it did feel like a BIG reminder that I still was not yet a mom. So I am pretty conscious on this day of all those who dread that reminder.

But even so, Happy Mother's Day - to all women, because it is part of our eternal nature and right to mother. I have been so blessed by so many incredible women who have touched my life in ways that I can't even express. Love you all!

And I love my little princess who calls me Mom!
